Ebook and Real Love

Hard to believe it's been since Dec. 14th since my last entry. After the holidays I started writing my ebook entitled "Oh Hello Penis, Nice to See You Again!: a first hand account of weight loss....for life." The title is not meant to offend, it is one that I am sure anyone who has been significantly overweight can relate to. I have talked to several women about this and they said they can relate from a female perspective, especially right after child birth. The text of the book is done, just looking to add some pictures and artwork.

I read "Real Love" by Dr. Greg Baer over the holidays. It looks at what unconditional love really looks like: to love with no expectations or agenda. It really struck a chord with me. It also talks about how when you practice unconditional love, you cannot be hurt or disappointed. Others cannot affect how we feel, we are in charge of our own emotions. It's really powerful stuff and can simplify your life if you apply it.
