My book is finally available. What a process. I've gotten lots of positive feedback about it. I'll be doing some radio talk shows to promote it in the upcoming weeks. More on this later.

My thought for the day: At some point we all hit our bottom. But that only means that if we are willing to do the work, things can only get better.
