Fountain of Youth

This morning was a little overwhelming. Check that. It was a lot overwhelming. Juggling a career, 3 wonderful children and an ex-wife can be a challenge. I try to apply what I learned in my journey to becoming fit to other aspects of my life. I now understand that anything worth having requires work. Lots of work. And patience. I truly believe that the day I stop trying to reach people is the day before I would have made an impact on their lives. So I'll keep pumping seemingly dry wells until the day that I finally hit water. I feel like I have discovered the Fountain of Youth with what I've been able to do for myself and I want everyone to share in it.
