I will analyze and make changes to your diet. This can be a fun and quite painless endeavor. It's all about making subtle changes and substitutions. I have clients who have lost as much as 75 lbs. without ever feeling deprived. And they have kept it off because they understand that it is a permanent change, not a quick fix.
