-Assessment of situation
-"Brainstorming" sessions (weekly or as needed)
-Accountability partnership (this one is very important)
-Motivation

What to expect:
Emails- daily or as needed
Texting- daily or as needed
Phone calls- at least one 20-30 minute coaching session per week, or as needed.
(face-to-face coaching sessions for local clients).
